This is where things start to feel real. We'll design a complete overhaul of your homepage, collection pages, and product pages, built around your brand, your audience, and the conversion principles that remove every barrier between a browser and a buyer.

You'll see high-fidelity designs before a single line of code is written. (Spoiler: clients tend to get pretty excited at this stage.) If your current imagery needs a refresh, we'll flag it and can connect you with trusted photographers. Once you're happy, we build it out.

We take the keyword research from phase one and flow it through into your site structure, building out product collections that align with real search terms, writing collection page copy with SEO and conversion front of mind, and redesigning your navigation so customers can find what they're looking for without a second thought. This is the foundation for consistent, organic traffic that keeps growing over time.

Your product page is where the decision gets made. We'll make sure it earns it.

We redesign your product pages so that adding to basket feels like the obvious next step. Upsell opportunities are subtle and frictionless, delivery information is front and centre (no more abandoned carts because someone couldn't find your postage costs), and every element is laid out to convert. We'll also give you a tailored AI prompt so you can write new product descriptions quickly, in your exact tone of voice, without staring at a blank page.

Getting visitors is one thing. Keeping them in your world is another. In this phase, we set up Shopify's built-in email marketing tools so you're capturing customers at every touchpoint.

This includes an email capture pop-up, a branded email template, a welcome automation that tells your brand story, and abandoned cart and checkout emails that bring people back to buy. Done properly, this is one of the highest-return elements of the whole programme.
