Stop guessing. Start growing.
Get a Shopify store built to be found on Google and sell in 12 weeks.
One process. Twelve weeks. All in.
No pitch. Just an honest look at your site and whether we can improve it.
It’s so good we guarantee results.
So, where's your store at right now?
Whether you're three years in and plateaued, not giving your website enough attention alongside running a shop, or watching a competitor quietly eat your search results
– we build the foundations that fix all of it.
You've been building this for a few years now. The business works. People love the product. But the website has never quite pulled its weight — and deep down, you know it.
You know the store could be doing more. You've got a rough sense of what's wrong with it. What you haven't got is the time to find out for certain, or the confidence to know which fixes are actually worth doing.
You're wearing every hat going — buying, packing, customer service, accounts, marketing, the lot. "Ecommerce manager" is hat number seven, and it's the one that gets picked up last. Not because it doesn't matter. Because everything else was on fire.
And when you do stop and think about it, there's a quieter question underneath: is it me? Have I taken this as far as I can on my own? The answer's no. You've taken it as far as anyone could with the knowledge you have and while doing nine other jobs. That's the bit we fix.
“We've gone from £1k to £10k months overnight.”

Does any of this sound familiar?
You've bought a theme and spent a weekend nudging it around. Changed the fonts, swapped the hero image, moved the reviews up the page. It looks tidier. Sales didn't move.
You've looked into SEO. But you were a bit baffled by the jargon and it seemed like another full time job. You had a bit of a go but it didn’t seem to work.
You've thrown money at ads, and it half worked, right up until you did the maths on what each order actually cost you.
You've done the Pinterest phase. The pop-up phase. The daily-posts-on-Instagram phase. And you've quietly noticed that the platforms got a lot more out of that than you did.
Here's the thing none of it addressed: if the store doesn't convert, every visitor you buy or earn is worth less than it should be. You can't out-post, out-spend or out-hustle a website that leaks.
So the store looks fine (or maybe it doesn’t). But it's just not working.
If that's you, and you're ready to stop spinning your wheels and start fixing, let’s start with a chat.
“Working with Sam and Laura has been a total game changer for our online store.”
Dan Evans, UK Sales Manager

Ready to stop wondering what your next move is?
Here's exactly how the 12 weeks work.
-
This phase is all about listening, learning, and spotting the opportunities your current website is leaving on the table.
We kick things off with an in-depth discovery call covering your business, your audience, and what makes them buy. Our keyword research then uncovers exactly what your customers are searching for, so we can build your website around real demand. You'll get a clear, jargon-free SEO report you can use as a reference long after our 12 weeks together.
-
This is where things start to feel real. We'll design a complete overhaul of your homepage, collection pages, and product pages, built around your brand, your audience, and the conversion principles that remove every barrier between a browser and a buyer.
You'll see high-fidelity designs before a single line of code is written. (Spoiler: clients tend to get pretty excited at this stage.) If your current imagery needs a refresh, we'll flag it and can connect you with trusted photographers. Once you're happy, we build it out.
-
A beautiful website is only half the story. This phase is about making sure the right people can actually find it.
We take the keyword research from phase one and flow it through into your site structure, building out product collections that align with real search terms, writing collection page copy with SEO and conversion front of mind, and redesigning your navigation so customers can find what they're looking for without a second thought. This is the foundation for consistent, organic traffic that keeps growing over time.
-
This is where the designs from phase 2 come to life, with one goal in mind: make browsing feel effortless and buying feel obvious.
That means filters on collection pages so customers find exactly what they're looking for, FAQs placed at the right moments to answer any lingering doubts, upsell opportunities that feel natural rather than pushy, and product pages where every detail is earning its place. No loose ends, no friction.
We'll also give you a tailored AI prompt so you can write new product descriptions quickly, in your exact brand voice, without staring at a blank page.
-
Getting visitors is one thing. Keeping them in your world is another. In this phase, we set up Shopify's built-in email marketing tools so you're capturing customers at every touchpoint.
This includes an email capture pop-up, a branded email template, a welcome automation that tells your brand story, and abandoned cart and checkout emails that bring people back to buy. Done properly, this is one of the highest-return elements of the whole programme.
-
We don't hand over the keys and disappear. The final phase is about making sure you feel confident, capable, and clear on what to do next.
You'll get bespoke training videos covering how to manage your new website, a Shopify product import tutorial, and 30 days of post-launch support so you're never left on your own. We finish with a 2-hour, Digital Marketing Strategy workshop: a focused session on the most powerful levers you can pull to keep growing well beyond our 12 weeks together.
You’ll walk away with:
A fully optimised Shopify store - designed, written, and built for conversions
A site structure and SEO strategy tailored to how your customers actually shop
Messaging and page layouts that sell your products without shouting
A site set up for steady sales from organic search (yes, without relying on ads)
More confidence, more clarity and more time to run your business
You might be thinking…
-
Honestly? Some of it, yes.
But the question isn't whether you could.
It's whether you will, in the next twelve weeks, on top of everything else — and whether you'll do it to the high standard that if usually the difference between winning and losing.
Most of what we fix isn't hard. But the nuance of doing it really well comes with years of experiance. -
A kick-off call, feedback at each design stage, and getting us your assets and approvals on time. That's it.
The whole programme is built for owners who are wearing a lot of hats and have very little time — because that's who we built it for.
-
It is when your project is the focus. We only take one new client a month, which is why the timeline holds. Longer isn't better. Longer usually just means you're one of nine.
-
Many people we speak to have. It's usually one of two things: the agency never really understood the business, or they launched and vanished.
To avoid these problems A two-hour strategy workshop, thirty days of post-launch support, and, if your sign up for Capture and Convert, a guarantee that keeps us working until your conversion rate moves.
-
Shoelaces. Sausages. Sofas. The principles don't care how glamorous the product is — they care whether people can find it and whether the website gives them the confidence to buy.
-
We offer a number of a productised services to match different issues that Shopify owners face. They have a fixed price, same for everyone — no custom quotes, no "it depends".
We just don't publish our prices, because the numbers only means something once we both know the programme is right for your business.
That's what the twenty minute call is for. If it's a fit, you'll get the price on the call, plainly, and all the time you need to think about it.
A note from Sam & Laura
It's a Monday evening in March 2010, in an office in Cornwall.
Sam's boss Dan is staring at a website, saying: "I just don't get it. The site looks great. The product sells really well in stores. Why is no one finding it?"
The site was Mr.Lacy's. The product was flying — tens of thousands of units a month through JD Sports, Schuh, FootAsylum.
Demand wasn't the problem.
Being found was the problem.
And at the time, Sam genuinely thought he understood SEO.
He didn't.
The best part of two decades later, Dan needed a new Mr.Lacy site. He called Sam first. And that site now ranks #1 for "laces for Nike". Ahead of Nike.com.

That's the short version of how we got here.
The longer version is thirty years between us in ecommerce, Shopify and digital marketing, a lot of it spent learning what doesn't work. And what does.
What we landed on is unfashionable.
We don’t chase trending tactics, instead we build websites that give people genuinely useful information, and are easy and enjoyable to use.
We then apply marginal gains everywhere — a hundred small improvements that add up to a big one.
There's rarely a silver bullet. There's usually a thousand golden BBs.
We're a husband and wife team, based in the Peak District, and we take only one new client a month.
We’re small enough that we know your business properly but experienced enough that we've seen your problem before.
And the name? Because we don't believe in lucky breaks. We believe in conversion-optimised websites, clear messaging, and systems that generate consistent sales.
Good, not lucky.

Damn, we're good!
High Peak Wine & Beer Co. — three months after launch
Stefan and Emma's Castleton bottle shop has been a destination for locals and tourists for years. Their DIY Shopify site was doing 2% of total revenue. They knew there was more in it — they just never had the time, or the certainty about how to do it.
We designed a conversion-focused website that reflected their boutique bottle shop, rebuilt the site around what whisky and craft beer buyers actually search for and put Stefan and Emma's faces and personality on it.
Three months in:
Gross sales up 272%
Orders up 191%
New customers up 243%
Average order value up 23%
Organic search revenue up 93% year on year
And this is only the beginning for these guys.
“It's driven online sales nationally and locally, and brought people through the door of the shop too.”
Stefan Cartwright, Owner
High Peak Wine & Beer Co.

If your conversion rate hasn’t improved post-relaunch, we will continue to iterate on your site for free until it does.
Our Mutual Commitment
This guarantee is a partnership. To keep us on track, we simply ask that you provide the necessary assets, approvals, and task completions within our agreed project timelines. If you play your part, we’ll guarantee the result.
Let’s get to work
Ready to stop wondering what your next move is?
Let’s get to work
We want to give your business the full focus it deserves. That's why we only take on one new client a month.
Our next availability is:
It's a perfect fit if you:
Have been trading online for at least 3 years
Turn over at least £100k a year as a business
Are hungry to scale, but stuck at a sales plateau
Are ready to hand this over to someone, rather than add it to your own to-do list
It's not a fit if you launched last month, you're looking for a cheap theme install, or you want someone to run your ads.
All perfectly good things to want. Just not what we do.
“My gross sales up 72% YoY. I’m over the moon!”

You already know what your business could be. You just need someone to build the thing that gets you there.
A steady stream of website traffic that arrives on its own, from people already looking for exactly what you sell.
The proud and comforting feeling of opening Shopify in the morning and finding plenty of orders ready to be fulfilled.
Traffic up, conversion rate up, AOV up.
CPA down, bounce rate down, stress levels down.
That's what we've built for dozens of small businesses like yours. We'd love to build it for you too.
Grow with confidence, not chaos.
Twenty minutes. No pressure. Just an honest look at whether we can improve your store's performance.
A few things to make the twenty minutes count.
Find somewhere quiet where you won't be interrupted, and have your store open in front of you. If you've got Shopify Analytics or Google Analytics to hand, even better — but don't worry if not, we can look together.
Come with the thing that's been bugging you about the site. There's always one.
We'll spend the time on discussing your business and your store, not our sales pitch. By the end you'll know whether one of our programmes is right for you, and if it isn't, we'll tell you that and point you at what is.
