Turning the tide for Annalise Reece
Amanda came to us frustrated and confused. Her website traffic and sales for her designer sofa outlet store had been falling for the past 12 months and she had no idea why.
Three months after working with us, here are the results...
157% increase in online sales in the 90 days post launch
Conversion rate is 30% up
Website store visits are 25% up
From having no organic search rankings in the top 5 on Google, to now having 342 relevant terms in the top 5
We've generated a 157% increase in sales from a 25% increase in store visits, because the visitors come with an intent to buy not browse.

How did we do it?
We realised that her website was not set up for the way in which people browse and shop for sofas - by style, size, material or colour.
And our commercially focussed keyword research identified a number of clear opportunities to improve the awareness of the site and the organic page rankings on Google.
We redesigned the website with a clean look and feel and structured the product collections around the searches that people were actually searching for. So it was easy for the customer to find exactly what they were looking for.
Next we put the value proposition of shopping at Annalise Reece front and centre, and we gave the family business a face and put the friendly owners at the centre of the website, to distinguish it from other "faceless" outlets.
A new, clear product page was the final piece of the puzzle to move the customer from "thinking about it" to "let's go for it".

"Before working with Sam & Laura, I felt completely lost and disheartened. Our website just wasn’t working and it was affecting the business in a big way. But from the moment they stepped in, I felt a huge sense of relief. They understood exactly how our customers think and shop, and redesigned the site to make it simple, stylish, and genuinely helpful. Seeing it actually perform and bring in steady sales has been such a weight off my shoulders."
